Book the cupcake truck
The pink cupcake truck is the most photographed thing we own, and it has worked some of the biggest events in Western Pennsylvania: Picklesburgh, the one-time 2026 NFL Draft, Little Italy Days, Fort Ligonier Days, the Covered Bridge Festival, Corks & Kegs at The Meadows, and car cruises from South Park to Imperial. It also works school fundraisers, church festivals, fire hall events, and company days where the whole crowd is forty people.
Every cupcake sold from the window was made by our family by hand, the same way we have done it for over 40 years. The truck is the bakery. It just has wheels.
Events the truck is built for
Festivals and street fairs
Multi-day events with big crowds. We bring the full lineup and bake extra for Saturday.
Fundraisers and school events
Band festivals, booster nights, PTA carnivals, and field days. A truck people line up for makes a fundraiser easy.
Car cruises and community days
Rev 'Em Up for Kids in South Park, SNPJ Lodge 106 in Imperial, township community days. Relaxed crowds that stay all afternoon.
Company and private events
Employee appreciation in the parking lot, a graduation party in the driveway, a block party on your street.
How a truck booking works
There are two ways to book the truck. For public events like festivals, fairs, and cruises, the truck comes as a vendor and sells to the crowd from the window. For private events like a company day or a party, the host covers the cupcakes and everyone eats for free. Either way, you call us, we put the date on the calendar, and we show up.
We will go over the practical details with you when you book: how much space the trailer needs, where it can park, timing, and what the venue or township requires from a food vendor. We have done enough festivals to know the paperwork, and we handle our side of it.
Call (724) 770-0745 or use the booking form on our events page. Give us the date, the location, the type of event, and the expected crowd.
Fundraisers: how the truck helps
For a school, a booster club, a church, or a nonprofit, the truck is a fundraiser that does not need volunteers in a kitchen. We set up, we sell, and we handle the product, the cash, and the cleanup. Talk to us about the format when you book, and we will work out an arrangement that makes sense for your group and your crowd.
Band festivals, PTA carnivals, field days, youth sports tournaments, and parish festivals are the usual ones. The crowd is families, the line moves fast, and the pink trailer is the thing the kids point at from the parking lot.
If your event is a weeknight, say so. The truck works evenings, and a Tuesday booster night can be easier to get on the calendar than a Saturday in October. Rain dates are easy to hold too, so ask for one when you book.

What is on the truck
The nine best sellers are always on board: Brownie Batter, Burnt Almond, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Cookie Dough, HoHo, Red Velvet, Salted Caramel Pretzel, Triple Chocolate, and White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle. Seasonal flavors rotate in by the month, from Pink Lemonade and Tropical Dole Whip in summer to Caramel Apple and Pumpkin Dulce De Leche in the fall.
For the right crowd we bring specialty flavors: Chocolate Covered Sweet Pickle for Picklesburgh, Cannoli and Tiramisu for Little Italy Days, Brewski and Bourbon Maple Bacon for Corks & Kegs. Jumbo Lady Locks come out for Fort Ligonier Days and the holidays.
Gluten friendly cupcakes are on the truck at every stop.
Where the truck goes
The truck covers the Greater Pittsburgh region and a bit beyond:
- Downtown Pittsburgh, Bloomfield, and the city neighborhoods.
- The South Hills, including South Park and Bethel Park.
- The airport corridor: Imperial, Findlay, North Fayette, and Robinson.
- Sewickley, the Quaker Valley, and all of Beaver County.
- Washington, Canonsburg, Eighty Four, and Washington County.
- Ligonier, Latrobe, and the Laurel Highlands for larger events.
What organizers tell us they like
We show up ready
Vendor paperwork done, setup planned, and a crew that has worked Picklesburgh. Your event is not our first.
Enough product
We bake for the crowd you tell us about and then some. Running out early is the one thing we work hardest to avoid.
A clean footprint
The trailer sets up and breaks down without leaving a mess for the grounds crew.
A draw of its own
People come to the event to see the pink truck. More than one organizer has put us on the flyer, and a few have scheduled their next date around ours.
Before you call, have these ready
A truck booking goes fastest when we can get the whole picture on the first call. None of this has to be final, and a rough idea beats no idea, but the more of it you have the quicker we can say yes and put the date on the calendar:
- The date, and a backup date if you have one.
- The location, and whether it is a public event or a private one.
- The expected crowd and the hours you want the truck serving.
- Whether the event is on pavement, grass, or a parking lot, and how much room there is.
- Any flavors or specialty items you want on the truck, including gluten friendly.
- The name and number of whoever will be on site that day.
Private truck events: company days, graduations, block parties
When the host covers the cupcakes, the truck becomes the dessert course and the entertainment at once. Guests walk up to the window, pick a flavor, and get a handmade cupcake from a person instead of a tray. For a company appreciation day we park in the lot and run until every shift has come through. For a graduation party we pull into the driveway or the street in front of the house. For a block party we take the end of the street.
You tell us the headcount and the hours, and we price the booking for that crowd. Specialty flavors, gluten friendly cupcakes, and a custom cake alongside the truck are all available. Guests do not pay for anything.
The truck needs room to park and a plan for timing. We go over the practical details when you book, and we have done enough private events to make it simple.
