Gourmet Cupcakes in South Park and the South Hills, PA
South Park is the biggest county park in the South Hills, and Corrigan Drive is where some of the best car cruises and community events in the region happen. Patti's Pastries brought the pink cupcake truck to South Park for the Rev 'Em Up for Kids Car Cruise on September 6, 2026, and brings it to parties and events across the South Hills all year.
Our family has been baking by hand for over 40 years. We have no storefront, so the truck and the delivery van are how South Park, Bethel Park, Upper St. Clair, Mt. Lebanon, and Library get their cupcakes.
South Hills events we are built for
Car cruises
Rev 'Em Up for Kids on Corrigan Drive is a perfect example. A few hundred cars, families walking the rows, and a pink truck that fits right in with the chrome.
Park pavilion parties
South Park's pavilions book up fast for family reunions and graduation parties. We deliver boxed cupcakes to the pavilion or bring the truck to the lot.
School and sports events
Band festivals, booster fundraisers, and end of season parties for South Park, Bethel Park, and Upper St. Clair teams.
Office and church events
Route 88 and Library Road businesses, church festivals, and community days from Bethel Park down to Finleyville.
South Park, the park and the township
South Park is both an Allegheny County park and the township around it, and the two are hard to separate. The park covers more than 2,000 acres along Corrigan Drive, with the wave pool, the fairgrounds, the ice rink, the golf course, the nature center, and dozens of pavilions that families book months ahead for reunions and graduation parties. The township wraps around it, with Library and Broughton on the edges and Brownsville Road running through.
That mix of park events and backyard parties is why we are in South Park so often. The Allegheny County Fair at the fairgrounds, the car cruises on Corrigan Drive, the summer concerts, and the pavilion parties all want dessert that does not need a kitchen.
The township is about 15 miles south of Downtown Pittsburgh, and we reach it from Beaver County in well under an hour, so cupcakes arrive the day they are baked.
The Rev 'Em Up for Kids Car Cruise
On Sunday, September 6, 2026, the truck was on Corrigan Drive in South Park for Rev 'Em Up for Kids, and we plan to be back for the next one. Car cruises are some of our favorite events: the pace is relaxed, people stay for hours, and a cupcake and a walk past the muscle cars is a pretty good afternoon.
We bring the full best seller lineup plus a few of the fall flavors, since early September is when Caramel Apple and Pumpkin Dulce De Leche start showing up on the truck. Get there early if you want a specific flavor. Cruises get busy after lunch.
Catering a party in the South Hills
For a party at home in South Park, Bethel Park, Upper St. Clair, or Mt. Lebanon, the simplest order is boxed cupcakes delivered the day of. For a bigger crowd we set up a tiered display, and for an outdoor party with room in the driveway or the street, the pink truck itself is the main attraction.
We also do custom cakes alongside the cupcakes for birthdays and graduations. Give us the theme and the colors and our family will match it. Call (724) 770-0745 or use the booking form on our events page, and plan on 4 to 6 weeks of notice for anything large.
