Gourmet Cupcakes in Imperial and the Pittsburgh Airport Corridor
Imperial sits in Findlay Township on the west side of Allegheny County, a few minutes from Pittsburgh International Airport and the business parks that have grown up around it. Patti's Pastries brought the pink cupcake truck to the SNPJ Lodge 106 Car Cruise in Imperial on September 13, 2026, and we cater offices, warehouses, and family parties across the airport corridor year round.
Our family has baked every cupcake by hand for over 40 years. There is no storefront, so the truck and the delivery van are how Imperial gets them.
Corporate catering for the airport corridor
The stretch from Imperial through Findlay, North Fayette, Robinson, and Moon is one of the densest clusters of employers in the region: airport operations, logistics and distribution centers off Route 30 and 376, hotels, the Settlers Ridge and Robinson retail corridor, and corporate offices in the business parks. All of them have break rooms, shift changes, and employee appreciation days.
We deliver boxed orders of our best sellers to offices and warehouses, set up dessert tables for client events, and park the truck in the lot for a shift-change treat so every crew gets one. Logo toppers and company colors are easy. For anything larger than a few dozen, give us 4 to 6 weeks of notice.
Airport corridor businesses we cater
The west side of the county has grown into a serious employment center. These are the kinds of workplaces that order from us:
- Distribution and logistics centers off Route 30, Route 576, and the 376 corridor.
- Airport operations, airline crews, and the hotels along Business 60 and University Boulevard in Moon.
- Corporate offices and business parks in Findlay, North Fayette, and Robinson.
- The Settlers Ridge and Robinson Town Centre retail stores and restaurants.
- Township offices, schools, and the West Allegheny School District.
- Manufacturers and contractors along Route 30 toward Clinton and Oakdale.

Why Imperial books Patti's
Four decades, all by hand
No machines, no frozen product. Our family bakes every cupcake we sell in Imperial.
Easy for shift workers
The truck fits a warehouse lot. We time the stop to shift change so nobody misses out.
Custom for your company
Logo toppers, company colors, and the flavors your team votes for.
Close to home
Imperial is a short run from our home turf in Beaver County, so delivery is quick and the cupcakes are fresh.
Parties in Findlay, North Fayette, and Clinton
Imperial, Clinton, Oakdale, and the neighborhoods of Findlay and North Fayette townships are full of young families, and that means birthdays, graduation parties for West Allegheny students, baby showers, and backyard cookouts.
We deliver boxed cupcakes, set up tiered displays, and build custom cakes to match a theme. For a block party or a graduation with the whole class invited, the pink truck in the driveway does the job and the kids never forget it.

Findlay, North Fayette, Clinton, and Oakdale
Imperial is the center of Findlay Township, with Clinton to the west, Oakdale and North Fayette to the south, and the airport taking up the northern edge. Route 30 runs through all of it, and the area has filled in fast with new neighborhoods, which means a lot of young families and a lot of parties.
We cater West Allegheny graduation parties, birthdays in the newer developments, baby showers, first communions at the parishes, and the township community days. The SNPJ Lodge 106 grounds in Imperial are a regular venue for cruises and festivals, and the truck knows the way.
The run from our home base in Beaver County to Imperial is short, down Route 30 or across Route 576, so Imperial deliveries are some of the freshest we make. Call (724) 770-0745 with the date and we will get it on the calendar.
