Gourmet Cupcakes and Dessert Catering in Washington, PA
Washington, PA sends the pink cupcake truck more invitations than any other town on our calendar. In 2026 alone we were at Washington & Jefferson College for a student event on August 25 and at the Corks & Kegs Festival at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows from August 28 to 30. Patti's Pastries has been baking by hand for over 40 years, and Washington County has been eating it for most of that time.
The county seat is about 30 miles south of Pittsburgh on I-79, which puts it well inside our regular delivery and truck range.

Corks & Kegs Festival, August 28 to 30, 2026
Three days at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows. Wine, craft beer, live music, and a pink cupcake truck parked where everyone walks past it. Our Brewski cupcake and Bourbon Maple Bacon cupcake were made for this crowd.
Catering in Washington County
Beyond the festivals, Washington is a place with a lot going on: the W&J campus, the courthouse and law offices around Main Street, the Meadows casino and racetrack, the Tanger Outlets corridor in South Strabane, and the Route 19 business strip. Offices, dealerships, churches, and schools all order from us for employee days, open houses, fundraisers, and graduation parties.
For a company in Southpointe or along Racetrack Road, a boxed delivery of a few dozen best sellers is the usual order. For a church festival, a school band fundraiser, or a Whiskey Rebellion weekend crowd, we bring the truck. We also build custom cakes and cupcake displays for retirements, showers, and milestone birthdays anywhere in the county.

Why Washington keeps calling Patti's back
There is no shortage of dessert in Washington County, but there is a shortage of dessert made by a family that has been doing it for four decades without a machine in the building. Every cupcake on the truck was mixed, baked, filled, and frosted by hand.
That is also why the flavors are different. Burnt Almond, HoHo, Salted Caramel Pretzel, Chocolate Covered Sweet Pickle, Bourbon Pecan Pie. These are not flavors you get from a wholesale bakery, and people in Washington remember them.

Fall and holiday season in Washington County
Washington County is busiest for us from late August through December, and the two festival weekends in Washington kick it off.
After Corks & Kegs, the Washington calendar turns to fall: the Covered Bridge Festival at Mingo Creek Park in Eighty Four, high school homecomings, church harvest dinners, and the run of holiday parties that starts in November. The truck handles the festivals and the delivery van handles the parties, and in December the Lady Locks take over our kitchen for the holiday orders that Washington County families have placed for decades.
If you want Lady Locks for Christmas or cupcakes for a holiday party in Washington, Canonsburg, or McMurray, order before the seasonal deadline. We cap the holiday list when the kitchen is full, and it fills up early.
